In the app (fastest)
- Open Gosanely and sign in.
- Tap your initials at the top right to open Your profile.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete.
Your account is deleted at once.
Without the app
Send an email to nehavj0910@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Gosanely account", from the email address you use for your account (so we know the request is yours). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: your name, your email address and your sign-in details (password hash, or the link to your Google account).
- All progress saved in your account: completed drives, theory answers, test scores and mock exam results.
Nothing is kept on our side, apart from short-lived copies in our hosting provider's backups and security logs, which disappear when those are overwritten after a short period. Progress stored on your own phone stays there until you uninstall the app or tap Reset my progress under About.
